Property note
What to include
- Address
- Street, town, and postcode of the building.
- Side
- You are selling it to us, or you want to buy one we own.
- State
- House or flat, occupied or empty, and anything that would change the price.
When we read mail
Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00. A note after 17:00 or at the weekend is read the next working morning.
We reply to the email you give us.
At Pelham Road
Do not arrive expecting to view a string of houses. A viewing is one agreed property, at a time written in the email.
The office is Newstead House, Pelham Road, Nottingham, NG5 1AP.
If the property changes
Reply on the same email if the price, the occupier, or the address was wrong. If solicitors are already instructed, say so, and we will follow that thread rather than start a new one.
