What we collect

If you write to us, we receive your name, your email address, and the message. The message may include a property address and whether you want to buy or sell.

Why we use it

We use those details to reply, decide whether a purchase or a sale can go ahead, and arrange a viewing or solicitors. We do not sell the details.

How long we keep it

We keep the emails while the deal is open and for a follow-up about that property. You can ask us to delete an old message by writing to info@w-capital.online.

Who else sees it

A solicitor instructed on the sale sees the names and the property address needed to complete the transfer. We do not pass your note to other buyers or sellers for their marketing.

The site does not set tracking cookies and does not ask you to create an account.

Your request

Email info@w-capital.online if you want a copy of what we hold from your messages, or if a property address should be corrected.
