Deals
A property, a price, a completion.
Each deal is one building. We either buy it into our own name, or we sell a building we already hold. The email is where that starts.
What we look at
Houses and other whole buildings are the usual subject. Send the full address. A photo of the front helps, but the address matters more.
Inside the building
Before a price, we want a plain account of the rooms: how many, whether anyone is living there, and anything that would change a sale, such as a short lease or works half finished.
We do not need a brochure. A few honest lines are enough to decide if we should look properly.
A sale to us
You write that you want to sell, and you name the property. If we want it, we agree a price in email. You then instruct your solicitor. We instruct ours. Completion is the day the property becomes ours.
Until that price is in writing, nothing is agreed. A conversation about interest is not an offer.
A sale by us
You write what you want to buy. If we own a property that fits, we name it and the price. If we do not, we say so. We will not pass you to another seller.
Viewing is by arrangement, at the property, after the price has been set out. Write to info@w-capital.online with days that suit you.
Who this is for
- Owners
- People who want to sell a property they already own, directly to us.
- Buyers
- People who want to buy a property that is already in our name.
- Not tenants
- We are not offering a room or a tenancy on this site.
Outside this work
We do not lend money on a property, arrange a mortgage, or manage a building for someone else. If the note is about a loan or a let, we will say we cannot help with that.
If the note is a straight purchase or a straight sale, we can reply on the property itself.
Send the address
Include the postcode. Without it we cannot tell which building you mean.
